Now with two (2) east coast office locations, THE WORKFORCE was established by the Executive Director, Toni S. Roberts in 1995.  Our company is designed to help employers with issues surrounding the health and safety of employees.  The ultimate goal of THE WORKFORCE is to develop "partnerships" with employers to successfully impact the health and safety issues employers encounter. 

The Health Services Division accesses employers to responsive, high quality, expedient medical care that constantly focuses on employee safety while minimizing costs to employers. 

The Employer Services Division accesses employers to services which can address unique and specific needs such as risk management, physician networks, employment physicals / drug & alcohol screening, and job analyses / descriptions.
